My Pink Desktop

I am happy that i have modified my desktop. I am so pleased at the way my desktop looks now. At first i started modifying using windowblinds to change my windows graphic interface from the old and boring blue to those colorful skins i found on the internet. But after seeing those wonderful desktop screenshots from DeviantArt, i thought why not?! I can modify mine too heehee. I found objectdock, a cool way to change icons on your desktop to make it look more neater and I am one of a neatfreak 
. I just replaced the dock ‘s background and icons to pink ones i found on DeviantArt, since i love pink. I put my taskbar on auto hide so all i could see is the dock icons. I just point the cursor at the top if i want my task bar to re-appear. I love customizing stuff. (^_^)
I’ve been switching wallpapers from time to time depends on my mood or what fits to my liking at the time and i get them here. Some wallpapers i love aren’t in pink so i recolored them to pink using gimp 
.
I also use rainlendar for the calendar and it’s so neat coz you can put your to do list and events so you can be reminded of the things you should be doing. You can also pick your own music for the alarm, 
cool right? For me it is so useful especially that i tend to forget things easily. You can also find skins on the download page from the site i just mentioned. That’s all and oh if you do need help just ask away, i’ll be glad to be of help. 
Thanks to all who have modified theirs and having seen their works gave me inspiration to modify mine too.

You got a nice desktop. I’m so fond of tweaking my desktop, too. It’s just that I rarely change wallpapers but I do use docks and stuff for easy navigation.
Wooah. seems everyone’s changing their wallpapers 😛 Yung default windows XP wallpaper pa rin gamit ko until now eh. hha!

i soo love customizing my wallpaper too or using a very pretty one that makes me smile whenever i open my laptop. 🙂 cute desktop really motivates my mood. lol. 😉

Nice desktop, not too surprised that it’s pinkish coz looking at your site layout, it matches 🙂 I use Rocketdock and i’m not so sure if Objectdock is good, too. But i’ve tried rainlendar – it’s awesome 😀
Thank you kcute . Objectdock is cool but i haven’t tried or checked rocketdock. Some of rainlendar’s skin aren’t in pink so i recolored it too. klaugh

Buti ka pa you can change your wallpaper into something you like. Kasi dito, shared kami ng family. So, kahiya naman kung pink na pink ang wallpaper ko. Haha! 😀

ksad aw mahirap nga un. But you can still change to other colors na magugustuhan ng lahat. heehee kcute. I know how it feels though when i haven’t got my own laptop before, i could not change it to how i want the desktop to look like and how restrained coz of the computer’s memory. But i’m so happy now i get to changed mine into however i like. Thank God kgrins

wow! I see a lot of pink. Nalulunod ako. 🙂 I used to be a pink-addict when I was a kid. Now I find it too girly. So not me. Hahaha!! Anyway, they’re nice sis. And I also used to often modify my desktop. That was when I had a lot of vacant times. 🙁 Now I only use computer for checking updates and that’s it. Loser me.

I love neat desktop, too! 🙂 Mine’s so neat actually that it actually looks a bit plain. I just did something with my desktop icons using an application launcher. I might feature it on my next post. 😀

i love tweaking my desktop too! and deviantart is one of the greatest source for that. hehe! 😀 Maybe I should make another desktop post one of these days. ^__^
Haha. I’m not fond of changing my wallpaper. The default wallpaper has remained in my desktop ever since.
