No Pain, No Gain!

Break

I wanna get back to jogging early in the morning with my Aunt but the rain  keeps us from doing it. We started back in August of last year and we stopped eventually in October because it keeps raining in the morning and we kept postponing the day till now. It’s as if the rain knows the day we plan on jogging.

I wanna get rid of my bulging stomach, I ended up changing 2 or 3 shirts every time I go out. I mostly have tight fitting shirts  or tank tops, but these days I wear polo shirts or tops that doesn’t show or make my big tummy obvious. I look like I’m pregnant. — lol!

Break

I used to be so skinny that I had no problems with baby fats. I hated being skinny it makes me look a bit sickly, well I was asthmatic and I just never had a good appetite plus I’m so picky with food. After years of trying to gain weight I finally did, I’m not regretting though I just miss my flat stomach. I’m not good at following through exercises coz I get lazy but I know I need to discipline myself everyday to do abs exercise if I want to have a flat stomach again. I MUST ! So I can wear a shirt without getting conscious of my body. And as they say – No Pain, No Gain! haha!

Break

Well, time for me to go to bed now. Stay safe and God Bless everyone!

Break

Toodles!

  1. I know exactly what you mean! And, I’ve followed suit. I’ve stopped regularly exercising as well. I just got bored with it. I think I just need to be more active and bring exercise to my life unconsciously. Maybe walking around the city with friends, or something fun like that.

A lot of people wear super tight shirts and they don’t care. I’ve seen a lot of obese people wear tight stuff and I cannot believe they actually felt confident enough to walk out of their houses wearing it! At least you’re more conscious about it! Have you tried shirts with an empire waist? They usually cinch under your breasts where you’re the thinnest and then move slightly away from your body. It’s a great look 😀

  2. I have a few of those too but mostly just shirts. ksweat They do look good too!

My Aunt told me the same thing, hers is bigger than mine but she doesn’t care. hahaha

  3. Argh! I know exactly what you mean about having to change your top 3 or 4 times before going out. I usually end up wearing oversized t-shirts. 🙁 I know what I have to do to take care of the problem…cut back on caffeine and do crunches. Yuck! I certainly hope that you have more will-power than I do. 🙂

  4. I suggest you start learning a sport sis! May tendency kasi tayong tamarin bsta kanya kanyang exercise lng. If you have a sport, maeenjoy mo ang pgbabawas mo nang weight. Of course, provided na ang exercise nyan. When I started playing frisbee, I lost a total of 3 lbs plus nagtutunan ko pang mahalin ang sport and nagenjoy ako ofcourse! knote

  5. I agree and thanks for the suggestion, but i have no time for that now that i have work. ksweat I can still do a little abs exercise though. ksmile
