I wanna get back to jogging early in the morning with my Aunt but the rain keeps us from doing it. We started back in August of last year and we stopped eventually in October because it keeps raining in the morning and we kept postponing the day till now. It’s as if the rain knows the day we plan on jogging.
I wanna get rid of my bulging stomach, I ended up changing 2 or 3 shirts every time I go out. I mostly have tight fitting shirts or tank tops, but these days I wear polo shirts or tops that doesn’t show or make my big tummy obvious. I look like I’m pregnant.

I used to be so skinny that I had no problems with baby fats. I hated being skinny it makes me look a bit sickly, well I was asthmatic and I just never had a good appetite plus I’m so picky with food. After years of trying to gain weight I finally did, I’m not regretting though I just miss my flat stomach. I’m not good at following through exercises coz I get lazy but I know I need to discipline myself everyday to do abs exercise if I want to have a flat stomach again. I MUST ! So I can wear a shirt without getting conscious of my body. And as they say – No Pain, No Gain! haha!
